Administration  department

• One of the function is being as vehicle management for students if they want to do activities outside of the campus.

Hal Ehwal Akademik (HEA)

• Related to academics or personal information
• For example: manage the student registration,prepare the strategic schedule of classes for students and lecturer.

Hal Ehwal Pelajar(HEP)

• Related to co-curriculum activities
• Co-curriculum activities that are provided such as National Kesatria,Pertahanan Awam,Brass Band,Malaysian Red Crescent Society and others.
• Related to residential college such as Tok Gajah College, Mat Kilau College I & II,Tun Teja College and Dato' Bahaman College.

Library

• Consist of Al Bukhari I and II
• Provides services such as Borrowing & circulation,Interlibrary loan,Reference service(thesis) and others.

Bursary

• Related to payment such as tuition fees and fines.

Laboratory and information technology

• Use for assignments and booking lecture hall.

Security and safety department

• For safety , loss items and others.
